An astounding international pop star Robyn Rihanna Fenty landed in the music industry when her dynamic debut album “music of the sun” was released. It began with an auspicious performance for New York music producers Evan Rogers and Carl Sturken back in 2003.

Rihanna left Barbados and moved in with Roger and his wife at Connecticut to work on the recording of her demo album. That is where she grew up as a singer and started developing her career.
In 2005, she signed a contract with DefJam recordings and released her first album. Over two million copies of her album were sold while few of the reviews were negative, but Rihanna said: “People gonna talk whether you doing good or bad”. The album ranked No 10 on Billboard 200.
In the next year, she released her second album “a girl like me”. That album was a huge success for Rihanna, as the album garnered in the top ten in 13 countries and Rihanna became a teenage sensation.
The major success which pulled Rihanna into an icon status was 2007’s good girl gone bad. Furthermore, she justified her capabilities by shifting to dance tracks. Her album’s first solo “umbrella”, this track was the No. 1 summer’s pop song.
Till yet she has released several hit albums including, A girl like me, Rated R, Loud, Talk That Talk, and unapologetic which proves to be the substantial pillars of her thriving career. Besides her musical career, Rihanna did some cameo roles in movies like “this is the end” “Annie” and “Home”.
